File a Claim with Glatfelter Insurance

Complete our online First Notice of Loss Form (found under each loss type below), OR email a completed loss report (Acord forms also found below) to our Claims Department at claims@glatfelters.com or fax to 717.747.7051.

In the event of an after-hours emergency, please contact Glatfelter Claims Management at 800.233.1957 for assistance.

For Workers’ Comp Claims, we ask that you contact AIG’s claims department at 877.399.6442. Please refer to these instructions when filing a claim.

    • Policy number
    • Date, time and location of the incident
    • Insured name, address and contact info
    • Identity and contact info for all persons involved
    • Description of accident
    • Description of damages and/or injuries
    • Type of loss
    • Report number
    • Name of authority contacted

Client Reminders


Important insights for clients with claims.

  • If their claim involves an automobile accident or crime, they should record the name of the police department and the number of the police report.
  • They should not divulge information to anyone other than the assigned claim handler or their authorized representative.
  • In the event that a lawsuit is filed, they should contact you immediately and provide copies of the suit papers.
